Armed: Healthcare in India
Indian healthcare industry is growing at it’s fastest pace. New medicines and technology has been easily available these days. With the right information at the right time, one could get efficient and cost effective healthcare solutions. Armed aims to generate an ever growing knowledge-base on healthcare. And to make the information easily accessible to people.
Behind the scene
It was after a long decision making session and field studies that Ariv team decided to initiate Armed, the healthcare project. Ariv team has been working on the project for last few months, and have set the launch date for the public beta on 1st December 2009 (World AIDS Day). Ariv team has been working day and night to bring armed to this amazing world.
Armed Team
Core team at Armed is steered by Ariv team, experts from healthcare scenario and Vinod Sebastian who works as lead programmer for theproject. Students pursuing healthcare related courses, social workers and NGOs are participating in the project. The research and development team at Armed is lead by Pappu PS, Sudhith Xavier, Aneesh VM, Mithun Babu, Raphael Sharon.
